Swim Center ID Cards
All residents must obtain a Swim Center ID prior to using the Swim Center. If you are an owner, please fill out the Household Pass Form Owner Form below and submit to the Swim Center to obtain your ID cards. If you are an owner and would like to assign your pool rights to your tenant, please fill out the Amenities Release Form below, fax to 288-6488 or email to: . Your tenant(s) can then fill out the Household Pass Form Tenant Form below and submit to the Swim Center. Please bring a photo ID to the Swim Center (that shows your Circle C address) in order to obtain your ID cards. Questions? Call the Swim Center at 288-6057. Thank you.
