Circle C Homeowners Association, Inc. - Swim Center

Choose between two shaded picnic shelters that hold up to 40 people. All reservations are $25 per hour, with a minimum of two hours, and must be constrained to regular Swim Center hours. A $50 deposit is required to secure the reservation. In addition to the reservation, there is the standard $3 fee for each non-Circle C resident. Guest fees are due on the day of the party. You may come by the front desk after the party to make payment for the guest fees. You may either pay the $3 per guest or purchase guest punch pass at a discounted rate; 10 guest pass for $25, or 25 guest pass for $40. A Guest Information Form must be on file for each non-Circle C guest. A waiver can be provided at the front desk on the day of admittance, or the guest can complete the form before coming in. Please inform guests they must sign the waiver before entering the pool.

All food, drinks, and snacks must be purchased through the Circle C Cafe (exceptions: cake, ice cream, cupcakes, and water). Call the Cafe directly to place any food orders.

The Circle C Swim Center must receive written notifications 14 days prior to the reservation for a full refund. If cancellations request is received less than 14 days, a $25 late cancellation fee will be assessed before a refund is issued. In the event that the Swim Center cancels the party due to pool closure, the party may be rescheduled or a refund may be issued for the time not used.

We also offer the option to rent the entire Swim Center for a private party! Such a rental would have to be held during the Swim Center's after hours, so the pool would only be open for your party! For private parties, the fees are as follows: $50 an hour with a minimum of two hours, $15 per hour per lifeguard (number of lifeguards needed depends on the size of your party), $10 per hour per desk attendant, and a refundable $200 security deposit.

A Certificate of Insurance is required if there are more than 150 participants at the event. A Guest Information Form must be on file for each non-Circle C guest. Smoking is not permitted at any time in the facility.

In the event that the Swim Center cancels the rental due to pool closure, the event may be rescheduled or a refund may be issued for the time not used.
