Membership
Membership is limited to dues paying households of the Circle C HOA.
New Residents:
If you are a new resident to the community, fill out a Household Pass Form. The Household Pass Form is required for liability purposes and must be submitted by a homeowner prior to obtaining your Swim Center membership and entering the pool deck. Please list every member of the household on the form. Please note, all residents other than the listed homeowners who are 23 years old and older must provide proof of residency prior to obtaining memberships. Proof of residency can be anything with both the resident's name and the Circle C address, such as a driver's license, photo ID, or piece of mail. Please fill out the form online and email it to Customer Service.
Tenants:
If
you are a temporary tenant of Circle C Ranch, your head of the household
must fill out a Household Pass Form. In addition to the Household Pass Form, we also require that an Amenities Release Form be submitted by the
homeowner. The Amenities Release Form states that the homeowner is
relinquishing their rights to the Swim Center to enable the tenants' use
of the facilities. This form must be submitted through the homeowner's
email. Once the forms are completed, please email them to
Customer Service.
Pool Membership ID's:
Once we have received your Household Pass Form, verified and entered the information into our database, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your Household Membership is complete. After that, you are welcome to stop by the front desk of the Swim Center at your convenience to take your picture and obtain your individual membership ID card. Every member, age 4 and over, of the household will receive their own ID.
You will need to bring your pool membership ID with you on each visit to the Swim Center for check-in. You are allowed to enter the Swim Center three times without your pool ID. After that, you will be required to purchase a replacement ID for $3 before you will be allowed entrance to the pool deck.
Changes To Your Membership:
If you have recently changed addresses (from one Circle C address to another), or need to add or remove a family member to/from your pool membership, please fill out a Household Pass Change Request Form <PDF coming soon>. Once completed, please send to Customer Service.
While non-residents are not given memberships to the Circle C Swim Center and are only allowed in the facilities if accompanied with a resident at all times, non-residents are welcome to join Circle C Swim Center programs, like swim teams, group lessons, and private lessons. All non-residents must fill out a Non-Resident Form first.
