The Swim Center has updated and will strictly adhere to these guidelines as of January 1, 2011. This policy has been revised for the safety of the Swim Center and its guests.

Guest Information & Waiver and Release of Liability

Each guest must complete the Guest Information Form in full, including an Emergency Contact and a signed Waiver and Release of Liability. If the guest is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability before entry will be granted. A copy of the Guest Information Form is made available here online, so that if a parent or legal guardian is not the one who will accompany the child(ren), they may complete, print and sign the form, and the child may bring it with them upon their visit. Verbal permission over the phone will NOT suffice, a signature from the parent/legal guardian must be acquired.

The Swim Center will allow the guest one entry without a completed form, in cases where a signature cannot be acquired immediately. After this one entry, the Swim Center staff may deny admittance to the pool deck. At each visit to the Swim Center, the guest will check in with the Front Desk, pay applicable guest fees, and the staff will make note of their admittance on the person's existing waiver.

This form will be kept on record at the Swim Center until the end of the calendar year, at which time a new form must be completed. This is to ensure that the Swim Center has updated information on file in cases of emergency.

Non-Resident Childcare Providers
(Nannies, Babysitters, Au Pair, etc.)

The standard Guest Policy will also apply to any non-resident childcare provider. They must be accompanied by a resident (in most cases, this may be the child), must have a Guest Information Form on file, and must pay any applicable guest fees. The guest should bring a signed copy of the form with them at their first visit.

If you know that the guest will be attending the pool multiple times throughout the summer, it may be cheaper to purchase a Guest Punch Pass.
