Circle C North Entrance Development
This area is zoned SF-2, which is the same zoning as the rest of Circle C North.These homes will be in the Circle C Homeowners Association and subject to the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions for Circle C Ranch and any amendments that are filed for the property. The developer is currently working on the final plans for the area. As soon as details become available, the information will be posted on the website.
The Architectural Control Committee will be reviewing and discussing the aesthetic elements of the subdivisions and the surrounding commons areas, including commons area walls or fences, sidewalks, lighting and landscape elements over the next few weeks. The Architectural Control Committee will take any comments regarding walls, fences, sidewalks, lighting or landscape in writing for the next two weeks.
