Welcome New Homeowner!

Welcome to all new homeowners in Circle C Ranch. A new homeowners packet will be mailed to you within 30 days of your move-in date. If you have any questions, please contact the Circle C Homeowners Association at 288-8663. 

Below is some information that you may find helpful:

Access to Amenities

For specific information about any of our amenities, please click on the menu link "Amenities" above. The swim center is open to all residents and their guests. You must sign up at the Swim Center Office prior to using the swim center facility.  You must bring proof of residency in order to sign up and be issued swim center ID cards.  The golf and tennis center are separately owned.

Your post office box

If you are moving into an existing home, the previous owner should have given you a mailbox key and number. If not or you are moving into a brand new home you will need to visit the Oak Hill Post Office which is located off of Old Fredricksburg Road.

HOA Dues

Your hoa dues are billed twice a year, once in February and once in July. They will be mailed to your home. For questions regarding your hoa assessment, please contact the bookkeeper for the Association at 451-9901.

Circle C Directory

The 2007 Circle C Directory was printed in March of 2007 and mailed to everyone's home.  If you missed the deadline for inclusion in the 2007 Directory, please note that you must fill out a New Homeowner Form to be included in future directories If you are unsure whether you have filled out this form, please call 288-8663 and we will mail you one.

Garbage & Recycling Service

The City of Austin provides solid waste and recycling services for residents of Circle C Ranch. For information about service and recycling please call 974-1945 or visit the City's website at www.austinrecycles.com.
