Swim Center Shade

The Board of Directors approved $23,000 for the addition of swim center shade in the 2008 Budget.  This figure was based on previous quotes and recommendations made last year by the Aquatics Director.

The CCHOA hired a new Aquatics Director in January 2008 and asked for an evalution of needed shade at the swim center. The recommendation made to the board at the February 2008 Board Meeting was for the addition of two shade structures on the northeast pool deck and replacement of the current shade tarp between the swim center and cafe buildings. The total estimated costs for replacement and labor is $8227.00. The Aquatics Director will submit plans to the Architectural Control Committee for approval on design, color and placement. Anticipated completion of this project is early to mid May 2008.
