Monthly Board Meetings

The Circle C HOA Board of Directors meets the third Wednesday of the month. At the beginning of each meeting there is a Homeowners Forum which allows residents to sign up for a 3 minute slot to address the board. If you would like to sign up for the Homeowners Forum, please call the HOA office at 288-8663.

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:00pm at the Circle C Child Development Center.  To view board of director monthly meeting minutes, click here.

 Town Halls

The board also hosts Resident Town Hall Meetings every quarter or as needed from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.  Meetings will be held in the gymnasium at Kiker /Clayton/Wildflower Center (Location to be announced before each meeting). There is currently not a planned Town Hall on the calendar.

Meeting Parameters:
Only HOA members currently in good standing may sign up to address the town hall.  The Model Code is in force and all attendees are expected to follow the Model Code.  Attendees who violate the Model Code will not be allowed to address the town hall and may be asked to leave the town hall immediately.  These meetings are intended to increase communication between the residents and the Board and are not a place for personal attacks or political campaigning.

Residents will be asked to limit their comments to 5 minutes each.  Board Members will be allowed to respond and/or ask questions for an additional 5 minutes after each resident.  At the end of 10 minutes the meeting will move on to the next resident.

Residents will be asked to sign up at the beginning of the meeting indicating their name, address, and topic. The meetings will end promptly at 8:00 pm.  Any residents who were not able to address the BOD due to time constraints will be placed first at the next scheduled town hall meeting.

No BOD votes will take place at town hall meetings.  This forum is only for informational purposes and no official actions will be taken at these meetings.
