Deck & Arbor Guidelines

1.  Decks and arbors of reasonable sizes will be considered by the Architectural Control Committee.

2.  Materials may be cedar, redwood, wolmanized pine, concrete, or stone.  No fiberglass or synthetic materials are allowed without the specific written approval of the Architectural Control Committee

3.  Exterior lighting as part of a deck project should not spill onto the property of others.  Lighting must be indicated on the plan.

4.  Deck location and size must be stated on the plan.

5.  Trees may not be removed without prior approval.

Submittal Requirements:

1.  ACC Submittal Form

2.  Plot plan showing location of structure in proximity to property boundaries and residence.

3.  Materials list

4.  Drawing of structure

5.  Existing trees and any trees planned for removal

6.  Check made payable to the Circle C Homeowners Association for $30.00
